- Ceiling and Cornicing: Ceilings had been damaged due to rain. Cornice and Ceiling had to be repaired and rebuilt.
- Kitchen : Bespoke Oversized Kitchen Island with drawers and open shelving
- Secret Door: Contruction of a Secret door that opens by pulling a lever disguised as a book.
